Debba consults and speaks on social media marketing at conferences. She has worked with brands such as BIZ, Honda, Sears, T-Mobile, Healthy Choice, Frito-Lay and The UPS Store. She is the Channel Director for COLLECTIVE BIAS. Collective Bias is an industry leading social shopper media company that builds relationships and drives sales.

Beth Hoskins

Beth is a Brand Director with LPK, an international design agency where remarkable people build leadership brands. She has 12 years of brand building experience, helping consumer product brands create emotional connections with their consumers through point of purchase, packaging design, marketing, and brand strategy positioning. Beth has been fortunate enough to work on a variety of beauty brands including Pantene, Olay, Herbal Essences, Gillette and Always with teams in North America, Europe and Asia. She has a passion for beautiful design and really fun people. When not at work, Beth serves as Chief Creative Officer of her home which includes two small, crazy children and the smartest husband in the world.

Dave Knox is Chief Marketing Officer for Rockfish Interactive, a full-service digital innovation partner.  Prior to Rockfish, Knox was a seven year veteran of Procter & Gamble, where he was instrumental in the digital turnaround that led to P&G being named to AdAge’s Digital A-List.

Author of the industry leading blog, HardKnoxLife.com, Dave was named to the iMedia 25 Class of 2010, by AdAge as “1 of 25 Media People You Should Follow on Twitter” and Media Industry News as a “2010 Social Media Superstar.”   He is the co-founder of The Brandery, a seed stage consumer marketing venture accelerator, and of Cincinnati Social Media.

In 2013, after leading the Social Media Marketing charge at the Cincinnati Enquirer for three years he started his own social media marketing consulting business and helps local startups, theaters, agencies and others with their social media presence and communication strategies.

As a 15+ year veteran in digital brand experience as the Founder/CEO of full-service interactive agency, Metaphor Studio, Ran Mullins led enterprise digital marketing strategies and fully integrated branding campaigns for clients including Wellpoint, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Toyota, YouTopia, P&G, Fifth Third Bank, Tom Peters Company and VH1. Metaphor was acquired in 2009. As a tech entrepreneur Ran has led the funding and managed creation of all aspects of software products for EditSpot, an automated cloud-based content management system. Leisa and Randy Wilcox
Once Blind Studios

Randy and Leisa Wilcox are the owners of Once Blind Studios, a boutique graphic design studio specializing in visual brand identity, which started in Los Angeles in 2001 and relocated to Cincinnati in 2010. Living and working in Over-the-Rhine, they are passionate about local businesses and committed to giving them the visual tools to succeed.

Prior to starting Once Blind Studios, Randy spent over a decade at Easton Sports where he was in charge of all branding for the company, from corporate brand identity to POP, product graphics and packaging. He is also a fine artist and photographer. Leisa worked in entertainment industry, including multiple shows with Sony Pictures Television, associate producer for the Dr. Phil Show, and marketing projects for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and its Primetime Emmy® Awards.

Michael Wintrob

Michael Wintrob has amassed deep experience in the fields of brand and design strategy over the past 15 years. As a strategy director at LPK, Michael has developed best-in-class branding practices — including positioning, architecture and identity systems — for leading brands in the surface care, food, beverage and financial services categories. He has an intimate understanding of the challenges clients face in adopting and deploying branding fundamentals and has presented training programs to audiences around the globe.

Michael also serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Alex York
Southpaw Prints

Alex York is co-owner of Southpaw Prints. Alex is a professional printer with backgrounds in screen printing, flexography and screen printing finishing processes. His previous experience comes from his time spent at Cincinnati State in their Graphic Imaging Technology program, Mr. Label Company, and General Data Company. Growing exponentially over the past 5 years, Southpaw Prints has gone from a private studio to a manufacturer of soft goods, flat stock products as well as a staple of Over The Rhine’s Final Friday gallery openings. Southpaw Prints client list ranges from Instrument Skateboards, Cincinnati Blues Society, to P&G.
