Director of Creative Enterprise
Sarah coordinates all aspects SpringBoard, ArtWorks’ business planning program for artisans and creative entrepreneurs targeting sustainability. This includes developing a professional network of educators for the class, recruiting students and connecting entrepreneurs to existing resources that can help launch or grow their business. Prior to working for ArtWorks, Sarah served as the Director of Economic Development for a non-profit in Philadelphia, NKCDC. Here she led the planning, programming and implementation of an arts based economic development strategy. She received her Master’s in Planning and Public Policy from the University of Illinois – Chicago in 2005. As a former company member of Dayton Ballet, Sarah is passionate about the role arts and culture plays in transforming lives, public spaces, communities and entire cities. She serves on the Board of two community groups, Bridging Broadway and the Over-the-Rhine Brewery District Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation.
Caitlin Behle joined the ArtWorks team in July 2012 as the SpringBoard Coordinator. As the SpringBoard Coordinator, she assists the SpringBoard Director with program administration and works with the Director to connect entrepreneurs to resource. She received her BFA in Electronic Media and Certificate of Journalism from the University of Cincinnati in 2009 and graduated from SpringBoard in 2011.
